Typical Area Coverage

What ultimately deters seagulls is the grid of monofilament that will cover the area to protect. Different area shapes and sizes will determine the pattern of monofilament and the distribution of the poles used to sustain it 9 ft above the ground.
Any area is either a basic shape (rectangle, square, circle, etc ) or can be configured by combining some basic shapes, for example an “L” shape is the combination of 2 rectangles or one rectangle and a square.
As a general guidance, in the pages that follow we give you several samples that may allow you to ballpark the quantity of kits required. You will notice that we indicate alternative scenarios offering a range of coverage in consideration of the fact that the specific dimensions of your area determine a different yield of coverage per kit.
Our grid pattern and pole spacing fit for your application will be together with the specific installation instructions included in the kit or kits you purchase.
Our customer service will gladly provide assistance with configuring the kits needed to accomplish your specific project. Installation times may vary, but on the average, it should take approximately 1 hour to cover 1,000 sq. ft.
