| The Pests |
| Seagulls, cormorants, and certain other seabirds became a major problem as they roosted and infected our docks with their waste. In order to solve this serous problem, we started off by doing scientific research. What are the best possible and most humane seabird deterrent methods? The US Department of Agriculture and several universities gave us a concept. We made it real, practical and proven through extensive testing and refinement. We crafted our own system that deters seagulls, pelicans, and cormorants while remaining non-invasive to people. Our system is so effective that we are determined to help others with seagull, pelican, and cormorant infestation problems. Our seagull control system erected at the marina we run has resulted in the complete elimination of our serious seagull infestation. |

| Where We're Located |
| We know seagulls can be annoying and difficult to deal with. We are avid boaters and operate our own yacht club. Our marina is located on City Island, New York City’s yachting landmark. This small island attracts every seagull within flying range. |

| Permission to Use Our Design and Instructions |
| The design of the seagull deterrent system and installation instructions are our intellectual property and are copyright protected. Our seagull deterrent drawings and instructions are all registered with the US Copyright Office as "Works of Art, Technical Drawings." If we created a customized design for you we have registered that design with the US Copyright Office. The design and instructions cannot be used by others to install a seagull deterrent system unless we grant permission in writing in accordance with the rules of the US Copyright Office. As a part of the cost of our deterrent system you are purchasing a one-time use of the design and installation instructions and you automatically have our permission to use them. |

| Guarantee & Returns Policy |
| Seagull Control Systems guarantees our seagull deterrent system will end your seagull infestation or your money back. To qualify for this guarantee you must install our system on the area you want to protect in accordance with the illustrated design and/or the written instructions we have sent to you with our product. The system must be maintained in good condition or seagulls may return to the protected area. If these conditions are met and your seagull infestation continues you must send proof to us (ie jpeg, other photos or similar proof of seagull infestation underneath our system). We reserve the right to inspect the affected area. You must await our permission to return and then return the system to us for full credit.
If any materials or components of our seagull deterrent system are defective when you receive them, or fail to function, you can return them for no-cost replacement. |
