| The following are some of our successful projects in controlling seagull invasions: |
| Our dock is the talk of Whitney Bay |
| Barry, |
 |
Just so you'd know, you weren't lying about your poles and monofilament. We put it up on Friday - after scrubbing down the dock again - and BINGO, no gulls ... zero ... immediately and none since. They avoid it like the plague. I was ready for a two-week waiting period but we didn't need it. Amazing! Our dock is now the talk of Whitney Bay, with lots of looking and pointing ... from people.
You said it works. The truth was in you. |

| British Petroleum Refinery: |
| A BP refinery in Vancouver, BC was invaded by seagulls creating a mess on the roof surface, the adjoining parapets and walls. BP had been hiring a falconer to visit the site several times a week and chase the gulls away. It worked, but only on the days the falconer visited, and only while his hawk was flying around the building. |
 |
| The facility manager contacted us after visiting our website. We designed a seagull deterrent system that would keep the birds away but still allow unobstructed access to the roof mounted HVAC and other equipment that need occasional maintenance. Once the system was erected on the roof the seagulls left the area and, after two years, they have not returned. BP’s seagull invasion was eliminated. |
 |
| New Jersey Shore Condo: |
| Seagulls were flying around the pool area at this ocean side condo, using the concrete surface to crack open mussels, and even landing in the pool. Residents risked constant bombardment by seagull droppings, dangerous cuts to their feet from mussel shells, and the pool was often the repository for seagull waste. Some mornings the poolside lounge chairs were stained with seagull poop. |
 |
| The condo’s contract maintenance company contacted us after viewing the seagull deterrents on our website. We designed an array of poles and lines that enabled complete access to the pool and deck, did not interfere with the residents’ enjoyment of their poolside amenities, and completely eliminated the seagull problem. In fact, the gulls moved their activity to a nearby condo, and they contacted us to get rid of their seagull invasion. Success at both condos; and after three years the seagulls are still avoiding the pools, decks and patios. |

| Office building and parking lot: |
| The owner of a large office building outside Chicago near O’Hare Airport was desperate. Seagulls infested the roof and had built over 50 nests. The birds dropped their waste on the cars parked in the lot surrounded on three sides by the U-shaped building. Tenants were threatening to leave and find cleaner premises if the building owner could not get rid of the seagulls. The owner found a national pest control company that could remove the nests but it could not guarantee that the seagulls would leave and not return. Until they talked to us. We promised the pest control company our money back guarantee that the gulls would leave permanently. They hired us to design the seagull deterrent system and they installed it according to our specifications. |
 |
| The building owner did not want any perforations in the roof surface so we designed a new pole- mounting system to support our grid of monofilament lines on the gravel and tar flat roof. The pest control company got a permit to remove the nests, and then they installed our seagull deterrent system. The birds left and have not returned. The tenants’ cars are gull-poop free and the building owner is pleased with the cost and effectiveness of our seagull deterrent system. |

| SeaWorld - San Diego: |
| The SeaWorld maintenance crew was spending too much time power washing the pier so guests arriving by boat would not have to walk through seagull excrement. Nearly every day, and sometimes more often, the crew was forced to waste valuable time and effort on this constant cleanup. After installing our seagull deterrent system, mounted on the dock high above the passengers' heads, the seagulls left the area and the dock is free of gull waste and broken mussel shells. |
 |
| SeaWorld management has seen our system in action and they know we provide a permanent solution to seagull problems without using nets that injure and entangle the birds, noisemakers that scare birds and guests alike, or other intrusive methods that lose effectiveness over time and damage the environment. After two years the SeaWorld pier is free of seagulls and their waste. |
